India Planners is a multifaceted car rental company operating in North India.
We have grown in to a sizable inventory of premier as also the economy cars.
The objective at the time of inception was to provide a superior car rental
services primarily to corporate executives and leisure travelers. We have created
a vast infrastructure to provide the best of the services round the clock.
Fleet
Our
fleet consists of most modem cars, which are selected keeping in view the latest
tastes of our esteemed clients. The cars are equipped with the accessories,
which are most suitable to cater for the Safety, recreational, & emergent
needs. All our cars are fitted with a cassette player, Safety seat belts, First
aid box, Newspaper, Tissues, Freshener, fire extinguisher and the like. More
importantly the cars in our fleet are new and none of them is more than 02 years
old at present. Moreover we do not keep any car in the system, which is 03 years
old. This is done to ensure a trouble free and reliable service to our client.
All our cars are EURO II compliant and they are registered for commercial use
possessing All India Permit. Our cars are fully insured for the driver as well
as the occupants. for the convenience of our esteem clients we had provided
mobile phone to the drivers of Esteem and above category vehicles. We also have
wireless sets in Sumo and Qualis, which are of fixed rentals.
Product
Our
cars for local usage are given both on kms. as well as time basis. We offer
a very competitive tariff, which suits almost every budget. While working out
the tariff we always consider the volume of the business offered and accordingly
put forth our rates. Besides providing cars for spot requirements we also give
cars for fixed rentals. These cars are customized as per the requirements of
the customer should the tenure of the Contract demands. In such cases we do
purchase a new car to meet these specific requirements.
Country Wide Travels also rents out the cars for Chauffeur driven usage, fixed
monthly rental and for Pick up/ drop . Our drivers are well versed with the
demands of the clients and are ever willing to make adjustment in the schedule
as required in a particular situation. Their conduct is exemplary which have
won them accolades on numerous occasions from our esteemed clients. Our cars
are registered to be plied in any part of the country as such .we provide cars
for local as well as outstation usage.
